Spectre
Spectre is a flaw in computer processors that can make it possible for bad people to get access to secret information on your computer. This is a really big problem because it affects lots of different types of processors, not just one kind. When your computer is processing information, it uses something called a “speculative execution” to predict what you might want to do next. This lets your computer work faster, but it also creates a vulnerability where people can steal your private information. The good news is that many companies have released software updates to fix this problem, so it’s important to always keep your computer updated with the latest updates.
