Drive-By Download Attack
A “Drive-By Download Attack” is when a computer is infected with a virus or malware without the user knowingly downloading anything. This can happen when the user visits a website that has been hacked or has malicious code embedded in it.
The virus or malware is automatically downloaded onto the user’s computer without their knowledge, and can do bad things like steal passwords, personal information, or even take over the computer entirely.
It’s important to protect your computer by using antivirus software, keeping your operating system and software updated, and being cautious of clicking on unknown links or downloading files from untrusted sources.
