Deauthentication Attack
A Deauthentication Attack is when someone intentionally disconnects another person’s device from a Wi-Fi network without their permission. This happens by sending a fake message to the victim’s device that looks like it’s from the Wi-Fi network, telling the device to disconnect.
This can be a bad thing because it can cause interruptions in the victim’s work or personal activity, and it can also leave the Wi-Fi network vulnerable to other attacks.
So basically, it’s like if someone walked up and unplugged your computer from the wall without your permission. Not cool.
