Backdoor
A backdoor is a secret way to get into a computer or software system that bypasses normal security measures. It’s called a backdoor because it’s a way to enter the system through the “back” instead of the front door (or normal way).
Sometimes backdoors are created intentionally by developers, but they can also be created by hackers who exploit vulnerabilities in a system to create a secret entrance.
Backdoors can be dangerous because they can provide unauthorized access to a system, allowing a malicious actor to steal data, install malware, or manipulate the system in other ways.
It’s important to always use strong passwords and keep your software updated to prevent backdoors from being created or exploited.
